Florham Park, NJWorld Wide Packaging LLC, (WWP), a leading provider of cosmetic packaging components and plastic tubes, has received a Gold Award from the New Jersey Packaging Executives Club (NJPEC).  WWP earned the distinction in the “Personal Care” category for its work designing and manufacturing the stylish, sophisticated case for La Prairie’s luxurious Cellular Power Charge anti-aging skin treatment cream.

The case offers a clean, accurate 50/50 dispensing system which is comprised of a small diameter dual tube with a custom dual application orifice. The cap material is PCTA, which is an unusual material to use for tube closures. The tube's head can orient to varying outer artwork, and a fashionable vacuum metalized cap with the signature ‘ring band’ detail is keeping with the rest of the line.

Founded in 1962, The NJPEC is an organization of packaging professionals from all disciplines in the industry who share information and hands-on business experience in a collaborative fashion.  NJPEC’s goal is to foment an environment of learning, social and business networking.  Members, including World Wide Packaging, invest their time, skills and expertise to help strengthen the industry at large.

“WWP was proud to be selected by La Prairie for the development of this prestigious package and is honored to be recognized by NJPEC for this innovative tube and dispensing system, “said Vanessa Allo, Senior Sales Director. “It is crucial to our industry to constantly be challenging ourselves and exploring new designs for our clients’ needs. We were thrilled to apply our area of expertise in the area of dual tube development.”
