Post Holdings Buying Peter Pan Peanut Butter Brand

Post Holdings has entered into a definitive agreement with Conagra Brands to acquire the Peter Pan peanut butter brand. Under the terms of the agreement, Conagra will provide transitional services to facilitate the transitioning of the business. Expected to be completed in next year’s first calendar quarter, subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction’s final terms have not been disclosed.
