INX Digital International introduces its new ink-jet UV digital narrow web press. In the U.S., the press is distributed by Komori and is known as the Komori NW210 UV digital narrow web press. Featuring automated and precise cutting paths and fast job changeovers, NW210 supports media up to 5-mm thick on 3-in. cores that are up to 2 ft in diam.
The NW210 press uses narrow-web UV inks on various label stocks. It offers best-in-class image quality performance and is available with a Spartanics X210 laser die-cutting station to provide brilliant color and easy separation of printed labels at a maximum width of 210 mm. It also incorporates the latest in Xaar patented technology—including 15 Xaar 1002 print heads capable of printing seven drop sizes—and has five color ink channels: CMYK plus white.
