Platinum Press offers Combination Carton, a combined carton and insert whereby the insert is consolidated into the carton itself.  A window on each carton makes inserts visible for quality assurance inspection.

Since fewer overall packaging components are needed, the carton/insert combo significantly reduces manufacturing costs by increasing line speeds and diminishing machine downtime.  To guarantee a quality and accurate product, every insert and carton is electronically scanned and inspected to confirm a match.

“Platinum Press’ Combination Carton is the ideal solution to combine printed leaflets with a carton,” said Andrew Vale, Sr. VP of Corporate Strategy & Development for Platinum Press.  “Consolidating two or more printed components to reduce complexity has many benefits: increased line speeds, reduced down-time, and improved overall packaging efficiency and effectiveness.  The Combination Carton reduces cost, streamlines inventory and increases production.”
