• Plastic Caps, Closures and Bottles: PTI can design and manufacture customer-specific bottles in various colors, sizes and shapes to house both powders and liquids. Its comprehensive process includes low-cost thermage and label decorating. Plastic caps and other bottle closures - such as sifters for powder products - are molded in high- or low-density polyethylene and can be produced in virtually any color desired. PTI's standard two-piece closure sizes are 43mm and 33mm but, like its bottle molding operation, almost any request can be accommodated via custom design.

• Medical Devices: PTI has more than a decade of experience manufacturing Class I and Class II medical devices in an FDA-regulated environment. Start-to-finish capabilities include product design and development; validation services, such as qualification for installations, operations and performance; and in-house lab testing.
