Customers can now ship their equipment to BioSurplus for repair and preventative maintenance by trained and certified service engineers. The new service will provide major cost savings to customers outside of biotech hubs such as Boston, San Francisco and San Diego.
An introductory 15% discount on preventative maintenance services provided by the depot service will be offered through June 30th, 2012.
In addition to the new depot service offering, BioSurplus can also provide packaging and shipping services and support to customers that need to send their equipment for service. Customers in need of maintenance and repair service for HPLCs other than Agilent and AKTAs are also encouraged to call BioSurplus regarding availability.
