Paulo Alexandre has been appointed new CEO of the Romaco Group

Paulo Alexandre has been appointed by the IPPT Group Board of Management, which is chaired by Wolf-Dieter Baumann, as the new CEO of the Romaco Group with effect from April 1, 2012.

Romaco is owned by IPPT GmbH, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG.

Mr. Alexandre has a long history and extensive international management experience in the automotive and engineering industries. He spent several years working as a Managing Director of packaging and solar engine manufacturers. Following a period with Kolbenschmidt Pierburg AG, Mr. Alexandre moved to Horváth & Partners as a management consultant. In 2005 he assumed responsibility for financial and controlling operations at Oystar Holding GmbH, before taking over as Managing Director of IWK Verpackungstechnik GmbH, an Oystar Holding subsidiary, in 2007. Prior to joining Romaco he was Chief Financial Officer of Centrotherm Thermal Solutions GmbH.
