The One-on-One program is designed to match exhibitors in the Pharma Sourcing and Services area of the INTERPHEX show floor with attendees for face-to-face meetings at the show. The One-on-One meeting center provides a private setting off the show floor, equipped with individual meeting rooms, a personal concierge and light refreshments.
Meetings are set up ahead of time through the coordination of INTERPHEX's Meeting Coordinator, who matches attendees with as many as five exhibitors and exhibitors in the Pharma Sourcing and Services area with as many as three attendees they would like to meet with during INTERPHEX.
"INTERPHEX is pleased to announce the return of the Outsourcing One-on-One Meeting Center, with the support of Contract Pharma, after great success last year. The meeting center serves as a platform to initiate relationships between exhibitors and attendees, accommodating up to 120 meetings during this year's event," said Pete Zezima, Group Sales Director - INTERPHEX.

How to Participate in the Program Attendees can request to participate in the One-on-One program by opting-in through INTERPHEX's attendee registration process. A few days after registering they are contacted by INTERPHEX's Meeting Coordinator and asked to select which exhibitors in INTERPHEX's sourcing and services area they would like to meet with at the show. After compiling the data the Meeting Coordinator contacts the selected exhibitors to schedule a time that works best for both parties.
Exhibitors must be exhibiting at INTERPHEX 2012 in the sourcing and services area of the show floor. Those exhibitors are sent a survey and asked to select up to 3 attendees they would like to schedule a meeting with at the show, out of the attendees who opted-in to participate. After compiling the data, INTERPHEX's Meeting Coordinator contacts the selected attendees to schedule a time that works best for both parties.
The One-on-One meeting center is also available onsite for unscheduled meetings, exclusively for exhibitors in the Sourcing and Services area, space permitting.
