Protexic Brands announces acquisition of Createc Corporation

Protexic Brands, a Strategic Business Unit of Tegrant Corporation, today announced the acquisition of Createc Corporation, a leading manufacturer of highly-engineered, custom molded foam products, including protective packaging solutions, automotive components and specialty products. Createc is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, and has four manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Mexico from which it has supplied industry leading customers for over 35 years.
