3C is among the first organizations of its kind to offer customers a chance to tour such a design facility and the event allowed attendees to see first-hand the day-to-day operations of 3C and to learn more about the company's capabilities through several executive presentations.
Nearly three dozen customers toured the facilities over the course of three days, each having the opportunity to witness 3C's ongoing commitment to customer service through state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, quick turnaround time and face-to-face client meetings.
In fact, several of the presentations given at the Open House discussed some of the new technologies that will soon be offered by 3C and supported through its Philadelphia location. In 2011, a wide web press that prints pieces up to 40 inches in length will be delivered as will a new Vijuk folding machine, the industry's first miniature folder that is capable of folding up to 210 panels. Similarly, 3C will soon be the first company to offer a new proofing technology that is capable of producing color accurate proofs with embossing and foil effects directly on folding carton substrates.
