Colbert Packaging Corporation, a leading manufacturer of folding cartons, rigid paper boxes and paperboard specialty products, today announced that it has expanded its service offerings to include technical sales support services aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of customers' packaging, processes and production. The services, led by packaging industry veteran John Yingst, new technical sales support manager, provide technical support for all Colbert customers throughout the entire packaging process - from package design to line trials to full production - with 24-hour response time to customer requests in most cases.

Yingst joined Colbert in February, bringing with him more than 40 years of packaging industry experience in technical sales support and quality assurance. A customer-centric individual with vast knowledge of the packaging manufacturing process and a passion for raising the bar in both quality and efficiency, Yingst's reputation is firmly rooted in his ability to rapidly respond to customer needs and work across functional lines to ensure high-quality packaging and efficient operations. In his new role as technical sales support manager for Colbert Packaging, Yingst works closely with customers and suppliers as well as Colbert's sales, new product development, structural design, production, quality control and customer service teams. Customers will gain valuable insight into product enhancement, performance optimization and process improvement.
