MACtac Printing Products Announces New Marketing Director

MACtac, a global supplier of pressure-sensitive adhesive products, has announced the appointment of Michael Marasch as Senior Marketing Director for the MACtac Printing Products division.

In this role, Marasch will oversee the development, implementation and management of marketing strategies and plans, specifically in the roll label business. He will also be responsible for developing product line plans and pricing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, including alliances and acquisitions, and creating, communicating and implementing marketing plans for the major initiatives in the business.

Marasch brings 30 years of marketing experience to his new position, having spent most of his career at large, global, specialty materials companies including BFGoodrich and Bayer. Marasch's background includes marketing, sales and business development management positions in the rubber, plastics, thermoplastic elastomer and chemical additive markets. His expertise in identifying and enhancing the value propositions of businesses and products is expected to shape the future of MACtac's Printing Products division.

Marasch holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Business from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He is a member of the American Chemical Society - Rubber Division and the Society of Plastics Engineers.
