If you owned a pair of Google Glass, you were definitely in the minority. The concept failed to take off the way many thought it would. A recent Variety article noted that it’s Facebook’s turn to take a stab at augmented reality glasses. The social media company has partnered with European eyewear conglomerate EssilorLuxottica to develop a new line of wearables. The products will be branded Ray-Ban, and are expected to launch next year. A teaser video can be seen here.
