DWK Life Sciences announces the completion of the acquisition of Müller + Müller on September 30, 2020. Located in Holzminden, Germany, Müller + Müller is a manufacturer of primary packaging materials made of tubular glass for the pharmaceutical industry. Thanks to its technology and continuous process optimization, Müller + Müller meets the highest quality requirements, per GMP guidelines, for pharmaceutical packaging. Müller + Müller will continue to serve its customers under the same name and will continue to be managed by Managing Director, Florian Müller-Stauch.

With Müller + Müller now under the DWK Life Sciences umbrella, in conjunction with the substantial capital investment made in the Rockwood, TN (USA) facility, DWK Life Sciences has solidified its position as one of the world’s leading producers of precision glassware for primary packaging containers, addressing the demand for pharmaceutical, biotech and diagnostic applications.

“The addition of Müller + Müller complements our US glass vial production capabilities as we continue to build out our global manufacturing capacity, while increasing regional supply chain assurance,” said Rick Schwartz, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at DWK Life Sciences.
