Mettler Toledo’s HE73 entry-level halogen moisture analyzer is a simple, easy-to-use instrument for moisture analysis. As a critical part of many quality control procedures, HE73 provides reliable moisture results in just a few minutes, giving companies maximum control over their manufacturing processes and optimum product quality. The HE73 has been designed for simplicity, making it easy for even untrained operators to use.

The HE73 provides graphical guidance on the instrument display so operators can clearly see each of the three steps in the process: Tare the empty weighing pan, add the sample and spread evenly, and press start. The final moisture content of the sample is displayed on the screen after a few minutes. The moisture content result indicates if the product meets the defined process tolerances and enables any necessary adjustments to the manufacturing process to be made immediately, saving time and avoiding the need to discard out-of-specification products.

The HE73 uses modern halogen drying technology coupled with a high-performance weighing unit to ensure moisture results are accurate and repeatable. The robust design and protective housing make it suitable for use not only in the laboratory but also out on the factory floor where it will need to survive in potentially dusty, sticky, or dirty environments.
