Hey, good morning. This is Sam Barker with Sepha. We specialize in leak testing equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. So this is our new product, the Packsan.
This system is designed specifically for testing flexible packaging for the pharmaceutical industry. So the method of testing that we use is force decay. So you load up your products. This is an example of our six-up array. You can have six up, three up, two up, or one up all on the same system.
The difference is just in the layout of the tools that we have. And so the system's very simple to use. You load your product. Sepha will develop the test method, and then you essentially will put it in the system and press start.
And so what we're doing with a force decay method of test is we're pulling a vacuum on these products, and a good package will expand and stay inflated throughout the test, and if there's a defect in the product, like this one here has a two hundred and fifty micron pinhole, it will decay over time as it loses air, so the force will be reduced. And there you can see the results on the screen.
This one's starting to fail. The other ones are remaining stable letting you know that you have passes. It's a fully twenty-one CFR part eleven compliant system. Windows operating PC, so it can be networked for active directory saving reports. All the data stored on the system can be accessed, exported to a network.
And yeah, if... Also, if you wanna not test six at a time, you only wanna test, let's say five, you can take a product out, and turn off the load cell, and then when you run your test, you're only getting results for five rather than, or rather than six. Yeah.
Any questions, please feel free to reach out to Sepha.
