Hey, welcome to Gronginer here at PACK EXPO 2025. My name is Christian Thieme. I'm the VP of Sales and Marketing for Gronginer in the United States, and I'm very glad to talk today a little bit about what truly matters for us, for our community, for the industry, that is to bring medicine, product to the patient, the ones who really need it. For us at Gronginer, how do we approach it, right, what is our mindset towards achieving this goal we all together strive for? A couple of things I want to talk about today, with our gloveless isolated filling line, we set new standards in terms of regulatory compliance, pushing the boundaries of aseptic fill finish.
Together with our partner scan, we developed the product which allows you to have no compromises on your processes, on your pre-sterilized containers. By achieving what truly matters, getting product to our clients as soon as possible. Let's stay on the as soon as possible point real quick. With our Flexfill, what you see here, behind me, the Flexfill is a program at Gronginer, which was born out of a paradigm shift, right? So time to market.
The whole industry is asking how can I get my product faster to the patients? What I said in the beginning. With the Flexfill, we achieve a delivery time of eight months. How? We completely rethought the way of how we engineer, how we design, how we build and commission, and even maintain these lines. The Flexfill is a program much more than a product. It gives you speeds from up to 400 containers per minute, pre-sterilized vials, syringes, as well as cartridges, and gives you a line, as I already said, within eight months. Maintaining is ultra critical for our clients, right? You want to have a line which is running.
There are [topics], nobody's perfect. [Topics] will come up. It's about how do you address them. With our organization here in the United States, at the moment, 130 people all focused on the life cycle support of our clients in North America, we underline this commitment to our clients, to the patients in North America. And just a little side note, our 55,000-sq-ft building, we just broke ground in North Carolina, Charlotte to extend our current presence even further to maintain our position here in the North American market to deliver best-in-class equipment and back it up with the best-in-class life cycle support.
So experience it firsthand. My name is Christian. Shoot me a message. Learn more about our solutions and how we support it and how we support what truly matters. Thank you.
