Developed to support up to 350 lb, Deitz Pharmafill heavy-duty, powered rotary turntables automatically feed large bottles, jugs, tubs, and other containers into a filling line and safely accumulate the filled containers at the end of the line for cartoning, palletizing, or other operations. The turntables feature a proprietary design with a solid aluminum frame, enhanced disc support structure, and caster supports to ensure smooth rotation despite uneven weight distribution.

Available in top plate diameter sizes of 12, 24, 30, 36, and 48 in. as standard, the turntables feature stainless steel in product contact areas for sanitary packaging and a variable speed drive to match the rotation rate to the filling line speed. The turntables also can be used midstream to divert, stage, and delay containers, allowing machines upstream and downstream to operate at their required speeds without triggering a line shutdown.
