Suitable for temperatures from -40 °F to 572 °F, the Tecnopool freezing system features drum-free level-to-level technology and a conveyor system with an all-stainless-steel spiral belt. The spiral freezer includes an evaporator system that can be configured with sequential defrosting capabilities for 24/7 production. The modular insulated cabinet is composed of a ventilation system inlet, a stainless-steel basin, insulation panels, and a sloped, galvanized support frame.
