Unit can achieve counting speeds up to 2,500 tablets/min or 60 bottles/min.
Included as standard at no extra charge, the variable speed, vibratory feeder automatically guides the pills from the hopper onto a rotating, glass disc, to the counting sensor and into the bottles or other containers at a consistent, preset rate. The proprietary design ensures the speed of the tablet counter matches the speed of the conveyor for non-stop, repeatable filling timed to take full advantage of the capacity of each filling and packaging machine.
Ideal for contract packagers and nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and cosmeceutical manufacturers, the fully automated TC3 with variable speed, vibratory feeder may be adjusted during line setup and on the fly via touch-screen HMI. With zero change parts, product changeovers move quickly and easily in five minutes or less - including testing.
The Pharmafill TC3 pill counter adjusts in height to accommodate bottles up to 10 inches high and comes mounted on both casters and leveling pads as standard for easy setup and stable operation. The automatic tablet counter is manufactured in the company's Wall, New Jersey headquarters and comes with a full, two-year warranty.
