With the continued growth of the Automation World media brand, PMMI Media Group has hired Kurt Belisle as Associate Publisher. Founded in 2003, Automation World is written for discrete and process manufacturing professionals and covers the entire spectrum of industrial automation technologies—from sensors, networks, motors and drives to controllers, software, systems design and robotics. PMMI Media Group is owned by PMMI, the Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies.
Belisle brings with him over 15 years of business development experience, including over a decade as a Senior Account Executive for the Healthcare Financial Management Association, where he worked largely with custom media offerings. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame, with a focus in marketing.
In his new position, Belisle will assume many of the traditional management duties of a publisher, while also supporting advertising sales for Automation World, the annual Automation Conference & Expo event, and the brand’s wide selection of digital ad products.
