This partnership enables CARTONDRUCK to add new potential to its creative and visionary strength by becoming part of one of the world's leading companies for premium packaging. Moreover, we will now be in position to speed up planned investments. The scope of expansion for the CARTONDRUCK location in Poland will now short-term be at a far greater level than originally planned.

MPS is a US-based leader in print, packaging, and labels for the cosmetics, healthcare, media and consumer markets. Their agreement with CARTONDRUCK that was signed today includes that Steffen and Marc Schnizer, Members of the Board of Directors of CARTONDRUCK, will join the MPS Senior Management Team and continue to have responsibility for the European operations. In addition, they have also become shareholders of MPS.

Both companies are virtually predestined for this kind of partnership. The combination of MPS and CARTONDRUCK offers current and prospective customers an unparalleled range of products, design resources, print technologies, and manufacturing capabilities in both the US and Europe.
