Parsec Automation Expands Facilities to Support Increase in Global Customers and Partners

In response to an increase in worldwide customers and implementation partners, Parsec Automation Corp. has expanded its U.S. operations with new sales, support and product development facilities.

Parsec Automation, developer of TrakSYS™ and a leader in real-time manufacturing operations and performance management software, has experienced business growth in North America, Europe and South America.

According to the company, business has expanded in both new sales to manufacturers and repeat purchases by its established customer base, which includes leading global manufacturers in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, automotive, heavy machinery and other industries. As a result of its successful, cost-effective deployments, customers worldwide have adopted TrakSYS across their manufacturing operations.

To support its growth, Parsec Automation recently completed the relocation of its worldwide headquarters from Brea, Calif. to larger facilities in Anaheim, Calif. The new site includes new, enhanced facilities for training, support, product development, and sales and marketing.

"We now need to provide expanded training, support and development facilities to maintain and enhance responsiveness to our global customers and partners," said Eddy Azad, CEO of Parsec Automation. "With our newly expanded offices we are ideally suited to support our existing customer base, and accommodate future growth, spanning the U.S., Europe, Asia and South America."

The company expects to continue increasing its market share in 2011 and 2012 as manufacturers adopt TrakSYS as the preferred industry standard for operations and performance management. The product is designed to help companies reduce costs, eliminate waste, improve production and operator efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance and drive green sustainability goals throughout the entire manufacturing, production and packaging process.
