There will be a clear focus on aligning staff goals and objectives with KPI's to drive business results. Mr. Dean-Netscher will outline three case studies, each one a recipient of 'The UK Best Factory' award, and will demonstrate how Catalent's latest initiatives can assist with assessing implications, challenges and successes within outsourcing manufacturing. The case studies will show how to align people and processes throughout a company from the executive board down to the factory floor.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dean-Netscher has worked in Medical Devices for Smith+Nephew, and spent seven years with Reckitt Benckiser in Operations and General Management roles where his UK sites won three 'UK Best Factory' category awards. Mr. Dean-Netscher has been with Catalent for five years and has held numerous global roles, from GM for UK and German sites to the commercial leadership of Blow/Fill/Seal in the US as Vice President and General Manager, plus Vice President of Global Sterile & Packaging Operations. Currently, Mr. Dean-Netscher is the Vice President of European Operations, and continues to be an advocate of 'Lean' and a change agent; he now applies these principles within the outsourced pharmaceutical arena.
