Mr. Dean-Netscher's workshop will illustrate operational excellence methodology to share some learning points on achieving sustainability in lean implementations for the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. There will be a clear focus on aligning staff goals and objectives with KPI's to drive business results. Mr. Dean-Netscher will outline three case studies, each one a recipient of 'The UK Best Factory' award, and will demonstrate how Catalent's latest initiatives can assist with assessing implications, challenges and successes within outsourcing manufacturing. The case studies will show how to align people and processes throughout a company from the executive board down to the factory floor.
