Manufacturer of inspection systems for food quality and safety, Loma Systems, has announced the appointment of Alex Ramirez as its new Service Director in North America. The move strengthens the company’s commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

With nearly 30 years of experience in customer service, field service, operations and sales across various manufacturing industries, including metering and mixing, wire processing, industrial automation and commercial food service, Alex brings expertise to the role. His background covers North and South America, including territories from Canada to Brazil, equipping him with an understanding of global customer needs.

In his position, Alex will develop and implement strategies to drive internal and external customer satisfaction by empowering Loma’s service team. His role is positioned to interact with key stakeholders across borders and continents, enabling him to identify challenges and implement solutions that enhance Loma’s service delivery.
