Post Holdings has agreed to acquire Almark Foods, including its hard-cooked egg facility in Yuma, Ariz. Following the purchase, Almark will be combined with Post’s Michael Foods egg business. No final terms of the transaction, which is expected to be completed in the first calendar quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions, have been disclosed.
