Spell-binding design

Lily Sweet, the latest creation by the perfume artist Ulric de Varens, premiered in its stylish flacon by Gerresheimer at Luxe Pack in Monaco this past October.

Pw 12107 Lilysweet

The packaging combines two circular shapes plus a delicate pastel shade of the perfume itself to achieve an individual, young, feminine, and modern product personality. The body of the glass package is shaped like a lens with a crescent-shaped shoulder piece made of clear Plexiglas. The glass is tailored to create a “dance of attractive light reflections” in which the package materials interact. The subtle pink tones of the perfume are reinforced in the metallically gleaming atomizer encapsulated by a clear Plexiglas ring, working simultaneously as the package closure. Centered below this on the smooth glass body of the bottle is the name Lily Sweet in finely printed silver font.
