The union will give PPS access to the Tjoapack’s global resources and market presence to fuel growth. Tjoapack will invest in PPS to expand its capabilities, such as the addition of automated packaging and labeling capabilities for injectable products. The acquisition was funded by Ampersand Capital Partners, though the financial details were not disclosed.
