Oliver Medical acquires Tolas Healthcare Packaging

Oliver Medical, a Mason Wells company, has acquired Tolas Healthcare Packaging, effective December 31, 2008. "We are excited about the opportunity to combine two very successful medical and pharmaceutical packaging suppliers," said Jerry Bennish, Oliver Medical president and CEO. "The acquisition increases our presence in the market, broadens our product line, and expands our coating and manufacturing operations."

The integration of the two organizations begins in this first quarter of 2009, according to a press release announcing the acquisition; production and customer service at both will continue uninterrupted.

"We're looking forward to building on the strength of both organizations," said Bennish. "Both companies are highly regarded for exceptional quality and customer service and as innovators in their respective product categories."
