Omega Design Corp., a provider of packaging machinery and serialization offerings and bottle unscrambling technology, will be demonstrating its Intelli-Pac manual case aggregation system for serialized cartons or bottles at the booth of its close partner, Domino Amjet, Inc., which will be located at Booth #2725.

The model on display at the show will incorporate a print-and-apply labeler from Domino.

Featuring an ergonomic design and stainless-steel construction, the machine can handle loose or bundled bottles and cartons, and is configurable for manual to semi-automatic operation.

The Intelli-Pac affords the ability to seamlessly integrate layer aggregation technology, a case label printer, operator touchscreen, connectivity to preferred data management system, a case loading table, and a hand-held scanner. Several upgrades to the Intelli-Pac, which will not be on display at INTERPHEX, also are available. These include unit-to-bundle data syncing, case-to-pallet data syncing, and case forming and case taping.
