Visionscan is a tool-less, nondestructive leak-detection device for pharmaceutical blister packs that uses the latest camera imaging technology, offering an alternative to destructive blister pack test methods such as blue dye. Detects defects in individual blister pockets, channel leaks, and weak seals down to 15 microns, can test multiple packs per test cycle, with a test time of less than 60 seconds/test.
