It's three times faster than the Batchmaster II and uses high-resolution scanning to improve count accuracy. BMIII detects and rejects parts 1/3 smaller or larger than a target part. A two-gate parts processing unit lets the feeder bowl run continuously. As one batch discharges, another accumulates for higher output speeds. Parts from 1/16"(25.5 mm) to a 4"x1" (102x25 mm) block can be processed. A batch reject system allows batches with out-of-tolerance parts to be rejected before packaging.
