Enercon Promotes Nick Lucka to Service & Support Manager

Enercon Industries Corporation is delighted to announce the promotion of Nick Lucka to the role of Service and Support Manager. In this new position, Lucka will oversee Enercon’s Field Service Engineers & Support Technicians who provide comprehensive phone support, field service, and start-up assistance to Enercon customers. Enercon’s Service & Support Team is the largest in the industry.

Over the last five years, Lucka has gained valuable hands-on experience with all of Enercon's products as he worked in field service, focusing on assisting customers in optimizing their operations and processes. Additionally, he has acquired valuable experience in Enercon’s test department, where he ensured new equipment met Enercon’s quality standards prior to shipping.

Ryan Schuelke, Enercon President & Chief Sales Officer, says, “Nick’s problem-solving abilities and technical capabilities have made him a great asset to Enercon customers. His insightfulness has helped hundreds of Enercon customers improve their operations. In his new role as Service & Support Manager, Nick will use his experience to oversee our customer focused support teams as they provide phone, online and field support to our customers.”

Lucka earned an electrical engineering degree from UW-Platteville. Enercon looks forward to the continued success and growth of its support services under his leadership.
