Cloud Packaging Equipment’s Hydroforma SP water-soluble pouch packaging machine runs powder applications at speeds up to 1,200 pouches/min and liquid applications at speeds up to 700 pouches/min. It is designed to produce very low scrap and to integrate easily into secondary packaging systems.

The Hydroforma is equipped with integrated controls and a touchscreen, menu-driven interface that enables the operator to adjust operations such as the filling rate and speed of drum on the screen as well as thermoforming, product filling, pouch sealing, and integration with downstream packaging and secondary packaging functions.

The Hydroforma includes an auto-splicer to change rolls of film with minimal downtime. A pouch detector vision system checks for film in the drum cavities. If there is no film, no fill takes place, thereby saving product cleanup time.
