The six inductees will be honored at areception in the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel on Tuesday,Nov. 4, during Pack Expo International. Proceeds from thereception will benefit the PMMI Foundation to support packagingand processing education.

"These packaging professionals have contributed to the packagingcommunity as an advisor, industry pioneer, visionary, educator,leader in packaging technology, and an inventor. Theircontributions have led the industry to where it is today," saysMaria Ferrante, Vice President, Education & WorkforceDevelopment, PMMI.

A special reception and induction ceremony will be held onTuesday, Nov. 4, at 5:15 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency McCormickPlace, Chicago, adjacent to McCormick Place and Pack ExpoInternational, co-located with PharmaExpo 2014. Tickets are $75each, with table sponsorships ranging from $1,500 to $3,000.Exhibitors and attendees are invited to support the industry, itsleaders, and their colleagues. Proceeds from the reception benefitthe PMMI Foundation, providing scholarships for students in two-or four-year packaging programs.

"We're inviting the entire Pack Expo community to celebrate withus at the Packaging Hall of Fame reception. As we honorour inductees, we will fund scholarships for students in ourindustry," Ferrante adds.
