If you’ve ever had an MRI scan, you know things can get a little claustrophobic in there. Thankfully, a recent Medgadget article reported that a team of researchers has developed a virtual reality system intended to distract patients for a more enjoyable experience. During the scan, the patient wears a VR headset that responds to eye movement, allowing the patient to play games, watch videos, or interact with a caregiver over a video link.
