It’s been a while since I was in a hospital bed (knock on wood), but it seems they don’t make ‘em like they used to. A recent Medgadget article covered the latest release from Stryker, the Michigan-based hospital bed company. The product line is called The ProCuity, and it features a series of beds with varying technological capabilities intended to minimize patient falls, help clinicians monitor patients, and maintain connectivity as the beds move throughout the hospital.
