Expo Pack Mexico debuts a Pharma Pavilion

Processing and packaging equipment for manufacturers of pharmaceutical products will be a special focus in Expo Pack Mexico's Pharma Pavilion June 22-25.

Some 25,000 customers/buyers from more than 25 countries will attend Expo Pack Mexico and Procesa 2010 when this event runs June 22-25 in Mexico City's Centro Banamex. These show attendees—from a wide range of industries including food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, graphic arts, medical, chemical, and automotive—will see all manner of packaging and processing machines, materials, containers, and other related goods and services, as more than 700 companies representing more than 20 countries will be at the show. The exhibit space will cover 150,000 sq ft.

New for 2010 are:

• Pharmaceutical Pavilion, where leading companies will exhibit plant engineering, plant maintenance, process machinery and equipment, and packaging materials for the pharmaceutical industry

• Expo Pack Verde, a program promoting “green” solutions

Also featured will be the Innovations Pavilion, where winners of the AMEE (The Mexican Packaging Association) Envases Estalares Awards will be highlighted; International Pavilions from Argentina, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Spain, and the United States; and the Financing Pavilion.
