Statco-DSI Process Systems has introduced Therma-Dose, an enzyme dosing system. It is designed to add enzymes directly to the aseptic stream, positioned between the Therma-Stat and Therma-Surge tank.
The Therma-Dose+ model can connect multiple UHT processors to one dosing system.
The system offers reduced enzyme usage, water and chemical conservation, and accurate dosing. It includes independent sterilization and clean-in-place (CIP) capabilities, electronic chart recording, and is designed for operator and maintenance interaction.
