Simco-Ion—a provider of static control technology—announces the launch of its HL Smart Ionizing Blower, the IQ Power Fantom HL Blower. It is the company’s first smart, ionizing air blower designed for static elimination in hazardous locations and is made to be compatible with the IQ Power Control Station for monitoring and communication.

The IQ Power Fantom HL Blower is designed for static elimination in Class I, Division 1 & 2, Group D hazardous locations where the neutralization of static charges is critical for both personnel and environmental safety. When coupled with the IQ Power Control Station, detailed monitoring and communications should be available; as well as accessible calibration, adjustable clean bar threshold, and monitoring of the ion output. In addition to the Control Station, when used with the IQ Power HL Sensor, closed-loop feedback is meant to be available for optimal ion output and ion balance control.
