Supply Chain Security and Traceability Laminate Earns Recognition

SecuriLam comes with microscopic encoded silica particles, or TruTags pre-embedded into standard adhesive laminate film stock for easy adoption in label, document, and packaging applications.

TruTag Technologies’ SecuriLamTM laminate product, an off-the-shelf intelligent laminate used for supply chain security and traceability purposes, was named the 2018 New Product of the Year in the Loss Prevention category by Security Today magazine. The award honors the outstanding product development achievements of security equipment manufacturers whose products are considered to be noteworthy in their ability to improve security.

SecuriLam comes with microscopic encoded silica particles, or TruTags®, pre-embedded into standard adhesive laminate film stock for easy adoption in label, document, and packaging applications. These TruTags are covert to the naked eye and do not affect the elegance or finish of the adhesive laminate or final product.

The nano-porous microtags are made of high-purity silicon dioxide, which is a food-grade material and is considered Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the FDA. TruTags are manufactured using current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.
