She is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle for parts, from quotations to achieving on-time delivery, and is also responsible for analyzing customer’s requirements for aftermarket parts. She joined Ossid in 2016 as a Customer Development Specialist.

Silver brings more than 12 years of customer service experience in finance and sales to this management position, including employment with BB&T Bank, PNC Bank, RBC Bank, and Alorica. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Edgecombe Community College, Rocky Mount, NC.
