Darex (Cambridge, MA) and H.B. Fuller Co. (St. Paul, MN) have formed a joint marketing and distribution alliance. Under the terms of the agreement, H.B. Fuller will sell Darex’s Daran® PVdC latex as well as its Hydroflex® family of waterborne adhesives for drybond and wetbond laminations.

Enercon (Menomonee Falls, WI) and Ford’s Packaging Systems (Bedford, England) have agreed that Enercon will be Ford’s official supplier of induction sealing technology equipment in North America.

Wepackit (Orangeville, Ontario, Canada) has formed an exclusive partnership with Bevco Sales Intl. (Surrey, British Columbia, Canada) whereby Bevco will represent Wepackit’s case packing, erecting, and closing systems throughout the northwest United States and western Canada.

DVT Corp. (Duluth, GA) has formed an agreement with Yamaha Robotics (Edgemont, PA) to market its Legend family of vision products for integration into Yamaha’s line of industrial robotics.

Hartness Intl. (Greenville, SC) created Hartness Intl. Integration, LLC to provide a higher level of integrated line performance, focusing on “innovative line design, forward thinking controls philosophies, customer-focused project execution, and premier training and certification in the field.”
