The Model TL100 from McBrady Eng. (Joliet, IL) is an automatic vial and ampule loader for tray and tote boxes. Vials and ampules can be fed directly from the filling line or from McBrady's #40 Outside Vial washer/dryer.

An 18" dia starwheel and turntable automatically feed vials into trays or totes at speeds to 400/min.. The feeder measures 25" W x 40" L, has a variable-speed drive and can operate nonstop while trays or totes are being interchanged.
