Videojet Technologies, a global leader in coding, marking and variable data printing solutions, announced today that they have been recognized as one of 13 Elite winners at the annual “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” awards celebration held on July 27, 2018 at the Drury Lane Conference Center in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) presented the award to Videojet for their best practices in human resources programs.

As one of the Elite Chicago companies, Videojet was recognized in the category of Employee Achievement and Recognition. “Videojet’s market leading innovation and growth has been a result of the efforts of our outstanding associates. In recognition of their contributions, we have developed highly visible programs to acknowledge their contributions, achievements and extraordinary efforts to serve our customers,” said Rich Wachter, Vice President of Human Resources for Videojet and the Product Identification Platform at Danaher. “We’re honored to be among these Elite winners as part of the Best and Brightest competition.”

In the competition, nominated companies were assessed on a number of key measures in each of 13 Elite categories. Each company’s entry was evaluated by an independent research firm.

“It is with the highest regard that these Elite winners were chosen this year. We are proud to provide an opportunity for Chicago companies to showcase all they offer to their employees,” said Jennifer Kluge, president of National Association for Business Resources. “These select 13 companies acknowledge employees with competitive compensation and benefits; they place emphasis on communication, work-life balance, diversity, community initiatives, as well as other key factors.”

The Best and Brightest competition identifies and honors companies that deliver exceptional human resource practices and an impressive commitment to their employees, among other criteria. Also at the awards celebration, Videojet was one of 52 Chicago area companies to be recognized in the Large Business (301+ employees) category.
