Acquire Automation, Inc., a leading provider of specialized vision inspection solutions and automation equipment, will be exhibiting in booth 451 at the MD&M East trade exposition in New York City from June 12 through June 14. Acquire manufactures systems that inspect a variety of operations, from in-mold labeling to the assembly of medical devices. Acquire Automation welcomes everyone to see our newest system, the LabelQ, which is being introduced at the show.

The LabelQ is a tabletop version of its LPRS (Label Printer and Reconciliation System) unit. It simplifies label printing, inspection and accountability by integrating all three activities into one system. Labels are printed, then immediately inspected by the unit’s vision inspection system for print quality of text, artwork and both 1D and 2D bar codes, ensuring that all are readable. Incorrect, incomplete or unreadable labels are clearly marked for rejection before they can be applied to packaging and reach consumers.

The LabelQ reconciliation function tracks and records both passed and rejected labels so that all labels are accounted for. This reconciliation also ensures that any serialization data is tracked and accounted for.
