With a product launch targeted for this July, Origin: HDA’s Product Data Source will provide the pharmaceutical supply chain an easy-to-use central data repository designed to ensure the efficient and accurate exchange of pharmaceutical product master data between manufacturers and their supply chain partners as required by the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA). This secure database is designed to provide a central, uniform method for supply chain stakeholders to verify GTIN information, with primary information populated from pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
