Mettler Toledo Product Inspection Will Exhibit Its Full Range of Inspection Systems at interpack 2017

Systems for both food and pharmaceutical industry applications will be exhibited in booth B55, Hall 11, and Mettler Toledo specialists will be available to thoroughly explain the systems’ technology and answer questions about attendees’ specific inspection needs.

Both exhibits and specialists will focus on critical areas such as brand protection and regulatory compliance, enhancing productivity and increasing operator efficiency to improve OEE, protecting product quality and brand image by detecting physical contaminants, as well as ensuring accurate package weights, complete contents and correct labelling.

Systems on display
In addition to individual inspection systems, the MettlerToledo booth will also contain four operational lines, one for general food, one for dry food, one for wet food and a final line dedicated to pharmaceuticals. These lines will incorporate all four areas of product inspection technology­–checkweighing, metal detection, X-ray and vision inspection–as well as Data management software that integrates inspection systems easily into existing production lines–a capability of paramount importance in modern manufacturing operations. Developments surrounding Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things have begun to create a major paradigm shift in a wide range of manufacturing industries and Mettler Toledo Product Inspection has invested heavily in software solutions to address that change–many of which will be available to interact with at in the booth
