J-Pac Medical Appoints Phil Littlefield as Vice President of Operations

J-Pac Medical, a high-value added partner specializing in implantable textiles, turnkey packaging, thermoformed packaging, and manufacturing services for medical devices, today announced that Phil Littlefield has joined the company as Vice President of Operations.

Throughout his career, Littlefield has proven to be a performance-driven operations leader with demonstrated success delivering superior results in Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing, global supply chain and logistics management, and organizational development.

Littlefield has an extensive manufacturing operations background, with an emphasis on business development and capacity growth in diverse FDA-regulated industries, as well as the development and implementation of FDA-compliant ISO 13485/ISO 9001 business operating systems. In his role at J-Pac, Littlefield will utilize his diverse manufacturing and supply chain expertise to leverage J-Pac's capabilities and emphasize continuous improvement and best-in-class operating systems to strengthen J-Pac's presence across the medical device industry.

Littlefield holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy. He is a President's Award for Plant Safety recipient, as well as Most Overall Improved Plant Award winner.
