At WestPack, Brother Gearmotors to showcase new benefits for North American customers

Brother Gearmotors, a division of Brother International Corporation that offers a wide range of ultra-reliable, sub-fractional AC gearmotors and reducers for the food & beverage, packaging and material handling industries, will showcase several new benefits for customers in North America at WestPack Booth #4442, February 10-12 in Anaheim, CA. The company’s presence at WestPack represents its heightened emphasis on North America, and demonstrates the company’s continued commitment to the OEM marketplace.

Brother Gearmotors is one of the world’s largest fine-pitch gear manufacturers and meets industry demand for smaller, lighter, reliable and energy-efficient power transmission components. At its WestPack booth, Brother will be touting the opening of its U.S. assembly facility in Bartlett, TN, which will house onsite assembly of over 27,000 unique SKUs and serve as a maintenance and repair hub for the Gearmotor division. This large product variety allows Brother Gearmotors to meet customers’ needs with a 3 to 5-day delivery, as well as provide emergency overnight delivery when necessary.

At the Bartlett facility, on-site technology also makes available a more comprehensive product mix to North American customers, including 16 different gear ratios and six voltage options. In addition, Brother Gearmotors’ expanded range of bore sizes open up a broader potential customer base for the company’s gearmotors.
